AI-powered Training Tool

“Digital Coach” is an innovative, AI-driven training application developed by Reimagine for Ageas, in collaboration with Microsoft. 

At its core, this interactive tool simulates highly realistic customer interactions and provides personalized feedback to help insurance and financial advisors refine their skills. By harnessing Generative AI, the Digital Coach delivers a near-real conversational experience, fostering engagement and accelerating proficiency gains within the sales force.

We began with a proof of concept (POC) to validate the tool’s capabilities and confirm its potential value. After fine-tuning an initial minimum viable product (MVP), we worked closely with the client to maintain a tight feedback loop, enabling rapid iteration and refinement. This close collaboration ensured that every feature aligned with agents’ real-world needs. Upon proving its effectiveness, we scaled the solution to 11 different languages—spanning both Asian and European markets—while tailoring responsive designs for each operating company.

Emphasizing a mobile-first approach, the application was optimized for Android, iPhone, and other mobile devices, ensuring a seamless user experience across the globe.

In line with our philosophy of Building & Deploying AI Solutions at Scale, we prioritized a production-grade deployment strategy for the Digital Coach. We used infrastructure-as-code practices with Terraform to set up robust, cloud-native environments and integrated multiple APIs via Blazor and WebSocket to enable real-time communication and data exchange. Rigorous performance and load testing confirmed the platform’s ability to handle demanding, real-world conditions, while security testing revealed no critical vulnerabilities.
